Sale Item Return & Exchange Policy

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange once a coupon/discount code is applied.

Orders placed with coupons, special discounts, or sale offers will be considered final purchase.

Only defective or damaged products (if any) may be reviewed for exchange, subject to approval by our team.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The first exchange is complimentary; any additional exchange will incur a handling fee of ₹150.

If two pickup attempts fail, customers will need to ship the product to our return address at their own cost.

Exchange requests are processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse (usually within 8–10 days) and passes the quality check. A replacement will be dispatched shortly after verification.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

A handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted for all return requests.

For returns of more than three items, a flat handling charge of ₹200 will apply.

After two unsuccessful pickup attempts, customers must send the item back via courier at their own expense.

Refunds are initiated after the returned product reaches our warehouse and clears the quality check, typically within 6–8 working days.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 8–10 working days after successful product verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

General Guidelines

Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return or exchange.
